Spa Party Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time for event. This will allow enough time for you to relax and fill out any required paperwork. Spa party coordinator can arrive earlier to display decorations and customize the look and feel of the event!
(IMPORTANT! A late arrival time for scheduled treatments will result in a shortened service time, and you will still be billed for the full cost of the treatment as it was originally booked.)
A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking to cover the total cost. We will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total amount.
Contraindications to treatments may include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy and use of excessive or daily medication. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform our Front Desk at the time of booking, and your service professional prior to treatment.
Please note that it is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or large meals prior to any body treatments.
Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist.
Gratuities: If you would like to reward your therapist for outstanding service, a 20% gratuity is industry standard.
Cancellation Policy: All confirmed appointments require payment information to hold the appointment. Payment will not be processed until after the service is completed. We require a 72-hour advance notice to cancel or re-schedule all confirmed appointments. If you cancel or fail to show up under 72 hours you will be charged 100% of the total service price.
Spa Packages: A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking for all spa packages of two hours or longer in duration. A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of each service.
Group Events: A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking for all group events of three or more people. A 20 % gratuity will be added to the price of each service. We will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
