Therapist Preference
Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist.

Gratuities
If you would like to reward your therapist for outstanding service, a 20% gratuity is the industry standard.

Cancellation Policy
All confirmed appointments require payment information to hold the reservation. We require 48-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule any confirmed appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service price.

Spa Packages
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all spa packages two hours or longer. A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of each service.

Group Events
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all group events of three or more people. A 20% gratuity will be added to each service. Refunds cannot be issued for individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Gift Certificates

We are pleased to accept Spafinder and Spaweek gift cards for all regular priced massage services. For the perfect gift, we also offer our own Instant Online Spa Gift Certificates, which can be purchased online and used toward any of our services.
