Spa Party Policies

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled time for event.  This will allow enough time for you to relax and fill out any required paperwork.  Spa party coordinator can arrive earlier to display decorations and customize the look and feel of the event!


(IMPORTANT! A late arrival time for scheduled treatments will result in a shortened service time, and you will still be billed for the full cost of the treatment as it was originally booked.)


A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking to cover the total cost.  We will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.   A  20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total amount.


Contraindications to treatments may include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy and use of excessive or daily medication. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform our front desk staff at the time of booking, and your service professional prior to treatment.


Please note that it is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or large meals prior to any body treatments.
