Therapist Preference
Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist.

Gratuities
If you would like to reward your therapist for outstanding service, a 20% gratuity is the industry standard.

Cancellation Policy
All confirmed appointments require payment information to hold the reservation; payment is not processed until after the service is completed. We require 48-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule any confirmed appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service price.

Spa Packages
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all spa packages two hours or longer. A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of each service.

Group Events
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all group events of three or more people. A 20% gratuity will be added to each service. Refunds cannot be issued for individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
