This treatment is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing muscles with long gliding strokes.  Swedish massage  can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.

Firm Pressure Massage
Firm pressure is used to release chronic tension and stretch muscles to increase range of motion. The focus is on deep muscle tissue and is great to help break up scar tissue and increase circulation.
