REQUEST APPOINTMENT

Please call us at 918-398-8146 to schedule a spa service or request an appointment online. We are available by appointment only and the spa is located at 3023-B S Harvard Ave., Tulsa Oklahoma in the Ranch Plaza Shopping Center. Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete an intake form, which includes a brief medical history. A licensed spa professional will then inquire about any concerns you have and customize the treatment to meet your specific therapeutic needs.

Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist.

Gratuities: If you would like to reward your therapist for outstanding service, a 20% gratuity is industry standard.

Cancellation Policy: All confirmed appointments require payment information to hold the appointment. Payment will not be processed until after the service is completed. We require a 72-hour advance notice to cancel or re-schedule all confirmed appointments. If you cancel or fail to show up under 72 hours you will be charged 100% of the total service price.

Spa Packages: A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking for all spa packages of two hours or longer in duration. A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of each service.

Group Events: A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required at booking for all group events of three or more people. A 20 % gratuity will be added to the price of each service. We will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
