Terms and Conditions

Canceling/Rescheduling Sessions

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge by giving a 72 hour advance notice. Same day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service price at the rate specified in this agreement, or the redemption of a partial accrued credit. 

Transferring Services 

While active in this program, you are NOT able to transfer any accrued credits to another person. You are able to purchase in-house gift certificates at the discounted rate during the six (6) month period.  This does not apply to the online gift certificate program.

Canceling Wellness Programs

Option 1:  You may cancel the monthly payment program at any time with a 30-day advance notice.    A processing fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card on file and all cancellation requests must be submitted, in writing via text message and will become effective (30) days after the cancellation request is processed by our staff.  Any payments due under this agreement prior to the cancellation effective date will be charged as scheduled.  Re-enrollment after cancellation can only be done after 12 months. 

Option 2:  A 100% (non-refundable) payment is required in order to prepay for the six (6) month program.  This option cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Accrual of Wellness Services

If you pay in full prior to or at the time of signing this agreement, you will be able to redeem your Wellness Credits any time you want. If you pay on a monthly basis, your Wellness Credits will accrue monthly and may be used after each monthly payment is received. 

Use of Accrued but Unused Wellness Credits

If your agreement is canceled or terminated for any reason, you will have a six (6) month period after such cancellation/termination to redeem any accrued but unused Wellness Credits.
