Our Zen Lounge Room provides a serene atmosphere where you can enjoy total relaxation, separated from the spa's more open lobby area. The room features a tranquil environment with soft lighting and the relaxing sounds of flowing water. Enjoy the natural essence

of essential oils that permeate the air, filling it with

a luxurious fragrance to help you slow down and breathe deeper before your service.

Therapist Preference
Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist.

Gratuities
If you would like to reward your therapist for outstanding service, a 20% gratuity is the industry standard.

Cancellation Policy
All confirmed appointments require payment information to hold the reservation; payment is not processed until after the service is completed. We require 48-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule any confirmed appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service price.

Spa Packages
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all spa packages two hours or longer. A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of each service.

Group Events
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at booking for all group events of three or more people. A 20% gratuity will be added to each service. Refunds cannot be issued for individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
